It’s well and good to hear people say muscle weighs “more” than fat, but there’s nothing like a picture to put that into perspective. Muscle fibers are considerably more dense than fat cells, as the picture to the left illustrates so well. It’s about measurements, not weight, and the only way to slim those numbers is to exercise! The body is meant for movement, and the more you move, the better you’ll feel, and the easier it will become.
